We’re seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team and play a crucial role in driving the growth of Teleporting. This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, creative, and has a proven track record of delivering results through paid media strategies.
Role Overview: As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms and search engines, as well as creating and managing sales funnels. Your efforts will amplify our reach and impact learners worldwide, allowing them to redefine education, anytime, anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop B2C lead generation in a web app environment. • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting. • Create sales funnels, monitor and analyze campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads. • Optimize campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness, adjusting bid strategies, ad copy, and landing pages as needed. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising strategies with broader marketing objectives. • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in application promotion, PPC, paid social, and paid search to keep our campaigns at the cutting edge. • Manage budgets carefully to maximize ROI, ROAS, and achieve performance targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Relevant experience in the EdTech niche. • Understanding of sales funnel creation, managing PPC, paid social, and paid search campaigns. • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms. • Proficient in analytics tools, including Google Analytics, with the ability to interpret and report data effectively. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges. • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
